Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 15 days before your scheduled transfer.

Late Cancellation (less than 15 days)

If cancellation is requested less than 15 days before the scheduled service, no refund will be provided.

No-Show

If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup point within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, without having cancelled the booking or communicated any delays, and without being reachable at the provided phone number, the contract is considered terminated and no refund will be due.

If the no-show is due to flight or train delays, please contact us immediately.

Booking Changes

More than 15 days before the service: you may modify your booking without penalty. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Within 15 days of the service: changes are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

All changes are only valid when confirmed in writing.

Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to force majeure or service unavailability. In such cases:

— If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund
— We will do our best to offer you an alternative solution
